How samples work

Evaluation samples may be offered to qualified business buyers for laboratory assessment before a production order. Eligibility, quantity, cost, courier charges and any later credit are stated in the written sample quotation; no credit is implied by this general page.

What can be returned

Return eligibility depends on the confirmed order terms, the material condition and the reason for return. Opened chemical raw materials cannot be resold and are excluded from return for safety and quality reasons. Do not ship material back before receiving written authorization and instructions.

How to start a return

Email sales@peptideoemfactory.com with your order reference, batch number, reason for the request and packaging photographs. The responsible team reviews the request and provides the applicable notification window, return address and handling requirements in writing.

Refunds and credits

Any refund, credit or cost allocation follows the confirmed order terms and the outcome of intake checks. The applicable amount, timing and courier responsibility are confirmed in writing rather than assumed from a generic policy.
